BibliU: Uncorked

Wine down with BibliU for an exclusive virtual wine & cheese tasting!

About BibliU: Uncorked

This exclusive, one-hour virtual experience features a master sommelier who will share history behind a few delicious wines and their perfect pairings. We will even take care of the heavy lifting by sending you a wine and cheese package ahead of time, at no cost to you. There are also non-alcoholic options available upon request.

Over the course of the tasting, engage in a interactive discussion with your peers about:
- How digital content fits in the teaching and learning ecosystem
- How the role of the bookstore is changing
- Academic Year 2022/23 priorities to meet student needs

BibliU: Uncorked is sponsored in partnership with Purple Cork, and will feature wine and cheese from Red Car.

About Red Car
Red Car Winery is a boutique winery that uses modern viticulture and transparent winemaking to craft wines of character and originality that faithfully express the cool climate personality of the Sonoma Coast. The winery most notably produces Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Red Car sources fruit from the extraordinarily cool western edge of the Sonoma Coast, including its Estate Vineyard located just above Fort Ross, three miles inland from the Pacific Ocean. Their wines offer balance and purity while expressing fruit and terroir with equal regard.
