Las Vegas, NV — College of Southern Nevada (CSN), the state’s largest community college, has partnered with BibliU to deliver affordable first-day access to required course materials and modernize store operations across its three campuses. The move advances CSN’s affordability and access strategy by pairing Southern Nevada’s lowest published tuition with Day 1 course material delivery through the LMS, and a unified campus store experience.
After identifying challenges with its previous approach—including access delays, fragmented multi-site ordering, inventory gaps, administrative burden, and limited coordination across marketing and communications—CSN selected BibliU through a competitive bid process aligned with the college’s goals for improved affordability, digital transformation, retention, and student success.
At CSN, BibliU Access provides required materials in Canvas on Day 1, replacing multi-site ordering. Pricing is bundled with tuition and eligible for financial aid. Automatic roster sync reflects add/drop enrollment changes, and billing adjusts accordingly—reducing administrative work for CSN teams. Students get access to integrated learning tools, such as read-aloud, offline access, global search, and highlight, while faculty and staff gain course-level analytics to guide adoption and flag at-risk students early. The model supports OER alongside publisher content and is delivered through an intuitive, easy-to-navigate platform.
Beyond course materials, the campus store will remain a student-centered hub at the Charleston, Henderson, and North Las Vegas locations, with refreshed spaces, expanded merchandise and technology offerings, convenience items, and fresh-food options. With BibliU, store teams retain campus-level autonomy to curate assortments (including locally sourced products) and to support events and departmental needs, reinforcing the store’s role as a community anchor.
A single, modern e-commerce site will complement the in-person experience, unifying ordering and improving inventory visibility. CSN and BibliU will run co-branded promotions and social campaigns to drive awareness and traffic across campuses and online.
"CSN reaches more students than any other college in Nevada—and it’s a college with grit, proven when its baseball team won a national title only four years into the program,” said Dave Sherwood, Founder and CEO of BibliU. “We’re excited to bring that same energy to managing three CSN stores, helping every student access what they need to succeed."
“BibliU’s fully integrated academic and campus store solutions offer students reduced course material costs while ensuring high quality and accessible materials for all types of learners by the first day of class, “ said Meghan Ezekiel, Director of Auxiliary Services at CSN. “CSN’s exciting partnership with BibliU enhances the student experience and supports student learning outcomes by providing the resources students need to be successful in their academic journey,”
With Fall 2025 enrollment up 6%, CSN is scaling support where it matters most: Day 1 readiness, clear pricing, and a campus store experience built for students.
