Raleigh, NC – Wake Tech Community College (Wake Tech) is excited to announce its new partnership with BibliU, a leader in integrated academic and campus store solutions. This collaboration will enhance the campus store services and introduce BibliU’s Equitable Access (EA) program, offering Wake Tech students more affordable and accessible course materials starting in Spring 2025.
Beginning on December 2, 2024, BibliU will officially manage operations of Wake Tech’s campus store, delivering an elevated shopping experience both online and in-store. Students will have access to course materials, Wake Tech-branded merchandise, school supplies, and a wide range of digital resources. This modernized approach integrates digital and physical store services, ensuring students can conveniently find everything they need, wherever they are.
A key feature of this partnership is BibliU’s alignment with Wake Tech’s existing Eagle Advantage program. Eagle Advantage offers enrolled students access to their required books and digital materials for a flat, per credit hour fee each semester. The program ensures printed and digital learning materials are available to students on or before the first day of class saving students time and ensuring they are ready to learn.
This program will integrate seamlessly into Wake Tech’s learning management system, making digital course materials easily accessible directly within students' courses. Designed with affordability, flexibility and inclusivity in mind, the program helps ensure that every student has the tools they need to succeed, regardless of their financial background.
David Sherwood, founder and CEO of BibliU, shares, “We’re incredibly excited to partner with Wake Tech in their mission to drive affordability and enhance student success. At BibliU, supporting educational accessibility is central to our work, and we’re proud to collaborate with such a progressive institution in North Carolina.”
“Our Eagle Advantage textbook program provides equitable access to books and digital materials needed for class for all students, ensuring they have immediate access to required course materials from day one. We look forward to our new partnership with BibliU to deliver excellent customer service and enhanced campus store options for our students,” said Wake Tech President Dr. Scott Ralls.
